Equality

At the BRTA we are firmly committed to gender equality. We aim to identify the structural barriers that women researchers come up against in their professional careers and to develop tools to overcome them, so that they can be offered a more equal, fairer future.

The BRTA has a gender equality plan to empower and promote. In addition, in September 2023 we held the first meeting of women researchers.
