Diputación Foral de Bizkaia

The government of the Historical Territory of Bizkaia is, one of the main institutions in the Basque Country. Its President is Elixabete Etxanobe and it carries out a wide range of functions, such as the economic promotion of Bizkaia, the management of its taxation, town planning, roads and public works, environment, cultural heritage and social welfare.
